If you're a first time home-buyer, getting an agent can be a huge time-saver and headache-saver because they can handhold you through the whole administrative process, and know what to look out for when going for home-viewings. Finn was a massive help throughout the viewing, buying, and all the other administrative processes, saving me a lot of stress. He is hardworking and knows his stuff, and was my personal wikipedia when it came to buying resale flats. He liaised with the seller agents for me, organised home viewings, and did most of the paperwork. Most importantly, he is a joy to work and talk with, and understood my requirements.
